Greetings in the name of the Lord Jesus. You know, he has a name that is above every name, because he has a beauty that surpasses all others. At the forefront of that beauty is the love of Christ. No one has ever loved like Jesus. Indeed, he has loved us right into glory. Yesterday was a good day as we celebrated that love with wonderful worship and two new members: Jeff Lester and Alaina Siteman. Make sure you welcome them with the welcome of Christ (Romans 15:7). Also, yesterday marked 10 wonderful years at Bethel as your pastor. From the bottom of mine and Tracy's heart, thank you for your prayers, support, love, understanding, kindness, and all the gifts yesterday. Here's to another 10 years!
- Don't forget to pray for the women's retreat this weekend and the HS youth retreat the next weekend.
- Also, Misty Romero will be with us this coming Sunday to give a short presentation of their work at Isaiah 117 house.
- Remember, we have a member's meeting this Wednesday at 6:30pm.
- Church picnic is September 28th at 5pm (bring a side and dessert).
