Grace and peace to you all. Hope you had a good memorial day and perhaps thought just a little bit about those who died to protect us, ensure our freedoms, and help make the world a better place. And, hopefully, you thought alot about the one who died for you to free you from the darkness of sin and death.
A few things …
- Our Summer Bible Camp starts this Wednesday and runs all summer long, 6:30-8:00pm. Pray for it. Help with it if you can. Invite some kids. Do all you can to make this club be the best it can be!
- The adults will continue their study of Heaven on Wednesday nights — 6:30-8:00pm. Join us for prayer and a look at our inheritance.
- Don't forget that we have trips to Scotland, Centrikid, and Nashville Mission trip for the youth this summer. Make sure you keep praying.
- The women will make and take flower pots to the shut-ins for this Saturday. Meet at 9am here at the church — bring a breakfast dish to share.
- Remember … the devil does not take the summer off, according to 1 Peter 5:8. That's not an exaggeration or hyperbole. [See also 1 Peter 2:11-12.]
